Window detection and click-to-capture were unreliable on macOS 26 — panel
events silently stopped being delivered. Capture selection is now driven by
a CGEventTap (system-level, consumes clicks during selection so they never
leak into other apps).One new permission: on first capture, Kapture asks for Accessibility
(System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility). Grant it once and
